Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
This Shipping Policy explains the shipping and fulfillment practices of TS Firearm LLC (“TS Firearm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Return & Cancellation Policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders may require up to seven (7) business days to process after we have received:
- successful payment;
- a valid receiving FFL, when required;
- any required customer or recipient information; and
- any other documentation necessary to lawfully fulfill the order.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next applicable business day.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If we are unable to ship an order within a timeframe represented to you, we will address any delay, cancellation option, or refund as required by applicable law.
2. Firearm Shipments
Firearms will be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”) as required by law. TS Firearm does not offer local pickup or face-to-face transfers.
You are responsible for selecting an appropriate receiving FFL and ensuring that TS Firearm receives the information and documentation required to ship your firearm.
Delays in receiving FFL information or other required documentation may delay processing.
The customer is responsible for confirming that the selected FFL:
- is willing to receive the firearm;
- will perform the required transfer;
- accepts the type of firearm being ordered; and
- can lawfully transfer the firearm to the customer.
Any transfer fee charged by the receiving FFL is separate from the amount paid to TS Firearm and is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Inspect Your Firearm Before Transfer
When your firearm arrives at your receiving FFL, inspect it before completing the transfer.
Verify, as applicable:
- manufacturer and model;
- caliber or gauge;
- configuration;
- visible condition; and
- any apparent shipping damage.
If the firearm appears to be materially damaged, incorrect, or otherwise substantially different from what you ordered, do not complete the transfer. Contact TS Firearm promptly.
Once the firearm has been legally transferred to you, the sale is final except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Carriers and Shipping Methods
TS Firearm selects the appropriate carrier and shipping service based on the product, destination, applicable law, carrier requirements, cost, and other operational considerations.
We do not guarantee that a particular carrier or shipping service will be used.
Carrier availability and shipping methods may change without notice.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes where the product, carrier, or applicable law requires a physical address.
5. Distributor and Dropship Orders
Some products offered on TSFirearm.com may be shipped directly from one of our distributors rather than from a TS Firearm facility.
As a result:
- products within the same order may ship from different locations;
- products may arrive on different dates;
- you may receive more than one tracking number; and
- processing and transit times may vary between products.
Inventory supplied through distributor feeds can change rapidly.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed and TS Firearm cannot fulfill it, we may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund for that item.
We may offer an alternative product when appropriate, but we will not substitute another product without your approval.
6. Restricted Destinations and Products
TS Firearm does not knowingly ship firearms, ammunition, magazines, or other regulated products to a person or jurisdiction where the applicable sale, shipment, transfer, possession, or delivery is prohibited.
Customers are responsible for knowing the laws applicable to their location before ordering.
Orders may be held or canceled when additional documentation or compliance review is required.
If TS Firearm determines that an order cannot lawfully be fulfilled through no fault of the customer, we will cancel the affected item and refund the applicable amount paid.
If the inability to complete a firearm transaction results from the customer’s legal ineligibility, failed or denied background check, failure to provide required documentation, receiving FFL issue attributable to the customer, or other customer-caused circumstance after shipment, the provisions of our Return & Cancellation Policy apply.
7. Ammunition
TS Firearm may offer limited ammunition sales.
Ammunition will be shipped only where and in the manner permitted by applicable federal, state, and local law and applicable carrier requirements.
Certain destinations may require additional documentation, age verification, shipment to a licensed entity, or other procedures.
TS Firearm reserves the right to decline or cancel an ammunition order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled.
8. Alaska, U.S. Territories, and Other Destinations
Additional shipping charges or restrictions may apply to Alaska.
TS Firearm does not ship to U.S. territories.
TS Firearm may decline shipment to any destination where applicable law, carrier restrictions, product restrictions, or other circumstances prevent lawful or reasonable fulfillment.
9. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges are displayed or otherwise disclosed in connection with the order.
Shipping charges may vary based on product type, destination, carrier requirements, distributor fulfillment, and shipping service.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable when an order has already shipped and a subsequent return or failed transfer is attributable to the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
10. Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included unless expressly stated or purchased.
When available, customers may elect to purchase shipping insurance for eligible orders.
If a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact TS Firearm promptly. We will determine the appropriate carrier or insurance claims procedure and provide reasonable assistance with an applicable claim.
Insured claims are subject to the requirements, documentation, investigation, exclusions, and determination of the applicable carrier or insurance provider.
Nothing in this section is intended to waive or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
11. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
TS Firearm does not guarantee carrier performance and is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
If tracking indicates a problem or a shipment appears to be lost or damaged, contact us promptly at shop@tsfirearm.com so that the appropriate carrier or insurance process can be initiated.
Do not complete an FFL transfer if the firearm arrives materially damaged or incorrect. Contact TS Firearm before accepting the transfer.
12. Incorrect Shipping or FFL Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, shipping, contact, and FFL information.
Additional shipping or handling costs resulting from incorrect information, an inappropriate receiving FFL, refused delivery, or another customer-caused delivery problem may be the customer’s responsibility.
