Inventory & Stock Availability Policy

TS Firearm works to keep product listings and inventory counts as accurate as possible. Because firearms, ammunition, and tactical gear availability can change quickly, please review this policy for how we handle stock levels, backorders, and discontinued items.

Stock Availability

• Inventory levels shown on the Site are updated regularly but are not guaranteed to be real-time, especially for high-demand items such as ammunition and popular firearm models.
• In rare cases, an item may sell out between the time you add it to your cart and the time your order is processed. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Out-of-Stock and Backordered Items

• Items marked “Out of Stock” are not available for purchase until restocked.
• Some items may be available for backorder, meaning your order will be fulfilled once new stock arrives. Estimated restock timeframes, when available, will be noted on the product page.
• Backorder timeframes for firearms and ammunition can vary significantly due to manufacturer production schedules and supply availability, and are outside our control.
• You may cancel a backordered item at any time prior to shipment for a full refund.

Order Cancellation Due to Unavailability

• If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase (e.g., due to a listing error, sudden manufacturer discontinuation, or inventory discrepancy), we will contact you to offer a substitute, a backorder option, or a full refund for that item.
• TS Firearm reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, in whole or in part, if the ordered item cannot be fulfilled.

Pricing and Listing Errors

• Occasionally, an item may be mispriced or mislisted due to a technical or human error. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after an order has been confirmed.

Discontinued Items

• Manufacturers may discontinue firearm models, calibers, or accessories without notice. If an item you ordered has been discontinued, we will notify you and offer a comparable substitute or a full refund.

Limited-Time and Clearance Stock

• Items marked as limited-time offers, clearance, or “while supplies last” are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out without further notice.
• Clearance and final-sale inventory is generally not eligible for return once purchased, as outlined in our Return Policy.

Pre-Orders

• Where offered, pre-order items allow you to reserve upcoming inventory before it arrives. Estimated arrival dates are approximate and subject to change based on manufacturer shipments.
