Last Updated: September 2026

TS Firearm LLC (“TS Firearm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit TSFirearm.com (the “Site”), create an account, place an order, subscribe to marketing communications, or otherwise interact with us.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect:

Contact Information
Such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and telephone number.

Order and Transaction Information
Such as products ordered, order history, transaction amounts, shipping information, order status, cancellations, refunds, and communications relating to your purchase.

Firearm and FFL Information
When necessary to facilitate a firearm or other regulated transaction, we may process information relating to your selected Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”), FFL verification, shipment, transfer, and other information reasonably necessary to determine whether an order can lawfully be fulfilled.

The required firearm transfer, background check, Form 4473, and related transfer procedures are completed by the receiving FFL as required by applicable law.

Account Information
If you create a customer account, we may collect information associated with that account, such as your contact information, addresses, order history, and account credentials.

Payment Information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. TS Firearm may receive information such as payment status, transaction identifiers, card type, limited card details, billing information, and fraud or authorization results.

Complete payment-card information is generally processed directly by our payment provider rather than stored by TS Firearm.

Communications
We collect information you provide when you contact us, submit a website form, request customer service, or otherwise communicate with us.

Marketing Information
If you subscribe to marketing emails, we may collect your email address, subscription preferences, and information regarding interactions with our communications.

Website and Device Information
We and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, interactions with the Site, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

TS Firearm and our service providers use or may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, maintain shopping-cart and account functionality, remember preferences, prevent fraud, understand Site usage, and improve performance.

We use website analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Site.

We may also use advertising and measurement technologies to measure advertising performance and provide or improve advertising. These technologies may collect information about your browser, device, and interactions with the Site.

Depending on applicable law and the technologies being used, you may be able to control nonessential analytics or advertising technologies through the Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices link available on the Site.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to operate our business or complete your transaction, including to:

For dropship orders, we provide distributors and fulfillment providers only the information reasonably necessary to process and fulfill the applicable order.

We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar business transaction.

5. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

TS Firearm does not sell personal information for money.

Some state privacy laws use broader definitions of “sale” or “sharing” that may include certain disclosures through advertising cookies, pixels, or similar technologies used for targeted advertising.

If our use of these technologies creates an applicable right to opt out, you may exercise that right through the privacy controls provided on the Site or by contacting us as described below.

6. Email Marketing

If you choose to receive marketing emails from TS Firearm, we may use your email address to send product information, promotions, company news, or similar communications.

Customers may have the option to create an account through the Site.

Account functionality may allow you to view previous orders, manage contact or address information, and access other standard account features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Product Reviews and Public Information

If you submit a product review or other content intended for publication on the Site, your first name or selected display name and the content of your review may be publicly visible.

Do not include information in a public review that you do not want others to see.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business, legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the circumstances in which it was collected.

Certain information associated with regulated transactions may be retained when required or permitted by applicable law.

10. Data Security

TS Firearm uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

However, no website, network, transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and should contact us if you believe your account or personal information has been compromised.

  • request access to certain personal information;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of certain personal information;
  • request a copy of certain personal information;
  • opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; and
  • appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request where applicable.

These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements.

For example, we may retain information when necessary to complete a transaction, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, maintain required records, or establish or defend legal claims.

We may reasonably verify your identity before responding to certain privacy requests. Where required by applicable law, an authorized agent may also submit a request on your behalf.

TS Firearm will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

12. Your Privacy Choices

If customer-facing AI or automated functionality is introduced, we will provide disclosures where required by applicable law.

Automated tools should not be used to submit payment-card information, identification documents, firearm eligibility documentation, or other sensitive information unless the tool expressly requests that information through an authorized and secure process.

Information provided by an automated or AI-powered system should not be relied upon to determine whether a firearm, ammunition, magazine, or other regulated product is lawful for you to purchase, possess, receive, or transfer.
